Panel Skills (0.5 days)

Course outline:

Includes working with management and staff side on conduct, grievance and/or bullying and harassment cases. Training covers the roles of panel members and clarifying the correct process and procedures.

Aimed at:

Experienced managers who need to update their skills or managers who are new to officiating on panels.

Outcome:

Provide a clear understanding of the role, procedures and processes.
