Care Opinion is a place where you can share your experience of health or care services, to help make them better for everyone.

South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership encourage people to share their experiences about our services so that we can continue to grow and improve. By openly sharing your care experiences, we gain valuable insights and, through collective action, can work towards a better care for all.

What happens to your story?

Care Opinon read your story and show it on their web site if they can.

They ask for your email so they can let you know when they publish your story. Your confidential information is never shared with anyone else.

Care Opinon also email health or care staff who need to see your story. Watch this short animation about how Care Opinion works.
