Includes the principles and purposes of Personal Development Reviewer and planning and introduces best management practices on how to conduct an effective review and the process of recording on the electronic system.

Aimed at:

Managers who are responsible for undertaking Personal Development Reviews of staff on Agenda for Change bands 1 to 9 who have had formal training

Outcome:

Recognise the value and benefits of Performance Development Reviews and provide the skills knowledge and understanding to confidently carry out departmental reviews.
