For: Social Work Staff Programme Details, Aims and Objectives: The course takes a blended learning approach. You must first complete the Managing Discipline module on COAST. This is an interactive e-learning module which covers: - Understand the content and application of the councils discipline procedures

- Increase awareness of managers responsibilities
