Programme Details, Aims and Objectives:

The course builds on the principles of the e-learning module and includes an introduction to the Equality Act 2010 and other relevant legislation. It identifies "Protected Characteristics" and raise awareness of physical and social barriers within work areas.

Aimed at: A practical session for people who are patient and staff facing

Outcome: To reflect and challenge own beliefs, values, assumptions and attitudes.
