Managing Difficult Conversations

In a supervisory role, it is likely that you will be required to manage a range of challenging or difficult conversations with your team. This course will provide you with practical guidance and advice for managing these situations effectively.

This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant to your service area.
