Course Overview
Coaching and mentoring play a key role in supporting and developing the skills of your team members. This course will build on the key qualities and skills required of an effective coach and provide you with practical guidance on managing the coaching process and structuring coaching conversations.
This course will also provide you with the essential knowledge required of an effective mentor; will highlight the differences between a coach and a mentor and make it clear when it is most appropriate to use each skill set.
This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant content for the session.
