Course Detail: The PDR Workshop will give an overview of Performance Development and Reviews (PDRs) and help you to:

• Ensure PDRs are carried out effectively and supportively across your service area(s)
• Ensure PDR objectives are aligned to your service plan(s)
• Review individual and team development needs that results from the PDR process and take action to address these
• Record and retrieve PDR completions on COAST and ensure all PDR records are maintained in your service area(s)

Course Duration: 1-1.5 Hours
