This leadership programme will ensure that there is a consistent approach to managing people and services and leading change both improvement and transformational for today, tomorrow and the future. We will clarify the roles and responsibilities of managers responsible for a department and team to help them understand their role and responsibilities within their area. 

Aimed at: Operational leaders and managers with departmental or service responsibility.
