Covers the intent of conversation to identify the desired outcome. Speak persuasively, listen actively and manage own body language. Asking the correct question at the right time to establish the purpose of a difficult conversation, create a conversation template and a personalised action plan. Stay in control of the conversation throughout. 

Aimed at: Middle mangers

Outcome: To understand the need to plan for a difficult conversation to help achieve an outcome which is satisfactory for all concerned.
