Programme Details, Aims and Objectives:
Learn what coaching is and what is isn't to provide the building blocks and skills of coaching. Building rapport, listening skills, questioning techniques and introducing the TGROW the model. Introduction to transactional analysis, Johari window model and managing feedback skill practice.
Aimed at: All staff with a management or supervisory responsibility who work with people with a view to encourage change; can include a clinical setting.
Outcome: To be a confident manager to empower their people in a coaching style resulting in engaged staff to support and encourage change.
