Programme Details, Aims and Objectives:

Introduce the electronic adverse event reporting system (Datix), requirements of reporting on the system, how to conduct a robust review of the adverse event, requirements for finally approving an adverse event and how we share learning across the organization.

Aimed at: Everyone who has responsibility for reviewing and finally approving adverse events.

Outcome: Able to investigate events that led, or may have led to injury. Utilise root cause analysis techniques. Identify learning and document finding on electronic adverse event reporting system (Datix).
