Course learning aims and objectives:

• Provide reviewers with knowledge and understanding to conduct quality review discussions
• Improve effectiveness at work leading to better service delivery
• What is iMatter?
• Explain various iMatter stages, what you need to do and when

Learning outcomes:

• Understand structure of review meeting; preparation, during and after review
• Understand value and importance of embedding a quality PDR process
• Understand benefits of PDR to individuals and link to service delivery
• Promote annual review discussions are scheduled during review period in a timely manner to prevent bottlenecking during busy periods
• Improve staff engagement/experience
• Link improvement with service deliver
• Share good practice
