This programme is targeted at all newly appointed managers and leaders within their first year of joining NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Topics include culture, values and competencies required to deliver compassionate leadership; our strategic direction; every person every time; collaborative working; breaking down barriers to deliver change and reflective practice in support of high performing services.

Course Duration: Seven sessions lasting 1 hour
