Course Detail:

The Workforce Planning Workshop will help you to:

• Understand workforce planning within a council/HSCP context.
• Understand workforce planning data, definitions, and roles and responsibilities.
• Complete required workforce and succession planning templates
• Use a range of tools and methodologies to identify workforce priorities, opportunities and risks
• Work with internal services such as Organisational development, Human Resources, and Employability and Skills to develop workforce skills and pipeline
• Understand digital skills gaps and associated activity

Course Duration: 60-90 minutes per topic
