• Formation of new administration every five years
• Political Groups, Group Leaders and Member Support
• Political Decision Making Structure/Scheme of Delegation/Outside Bodies
• Councillors Code of Conduct - Strategic and Operational Roles, Respect and Courtesy
• Members Protocol
