South Ayrshire HSCP Workforce Plan 2022-2025

The SA HSCP Workforce Plan 2022-2025 was approved at Integration Joint Board on 12 October 2022. This plan highlights a range of short, medium and long-term workforce considerations and has been approved by the Scottish Government's Workforce Planning Unit. It will be reviewed annually.

The scale of the Partnership's remit and activities is extensive, and the workforce plan will never, nor should it attempt to, address every single aspect of the Partnership's operation. The purpose of the workforce plan therefore is to establish, in broad terms, how best to develop and deploy the required workforce that will deliver the Partnership's strategic objectives.
