Programme Details, Aims and Objectives:

This course is delivered on COAST and all employees who want to have a full understanding of the PDR process should complete it. The course is designed for both reviewees and reviewers.

The course will help you to: 

• Understand the PDR process
• Appreciate the benefits of PDR to you as an employee
