Promotes Ayrshire and Arrans commitment to supporting a working culture in which regular attendance at work is normal and provides a fair, consistent and supportive approach to promoting attendance and wellbeing at work.

Outcome: | Enable Managers to make the most of the work potential of staff by supporting them to keep well and helping them to effectively manage any health conditions they may have whilst remaining at work wherever possible by considering support or reasonable adjustments that could be put in place to improve their attendance. |
