The Learning and Development team are introducing a new programme consisting of a range of topics surrounding leadership and management in practice. The programme commencing in February 2024 consists of two full day face-to-face sessions and has been designed to develop the practical skills and provide support for those in management and leadership roles.

The aims and objectives for the programme are to:

• Develop practice of new and existing managers
• Enhance knowledge and understanding of management practice
• Develop practical skills which will support you in your role
• Improve knowledge and skills on recruitment, selection and interviewing
• Develop a network for Peer Support
• Confidence building

Course Duration: 2 Days
