Bitesize leadership

About the course

Bitesize is a leadership development programme designed specifically for staff in NHS Ayrshire & Arran and the three health and social care partnerships.

It aims to support staff at all levels to connect with, participate in, and lead the change we need to achieve our vision and ambition for the future, Caring for Ayrshire.

Bitesize is for anyone from any team and at any level who wants to learn, grow, lead and participate in building our vision, Caring for Ayrshire. You don't have to have 'leader' or 'manager' in your title, or even have staff reporting to you.

Bitesize focuses on the importance of everyone's role in initiating and driving forward improvement and change, developing ideas, and working with others to build our future.
