About the Course

This course is for new or experienced supervisors, this course focuses on the unique challenges of supervisory roles and provides practical guidance and advice on building and managing a successful team and carrying out the role of a supervisor effectively. 

This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant content for the session.
