Managing Change

About the course

Change is a constant factor in any team and as a supervisor you will be expected to manage this effectively. This course will provide you with practical advice and guidance to help you plan, prepare and manage change, building confidence in dealing with the impact of change on your team. 

This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant content for the session.
