Feedback and Complaints Procedures
The Integration Joint Board want you to have good quality care and support, however we understand that sometimes this doesn't happen. If you feel that the standards have not been met, we would encourage you to contact your allocated worker in the first instance who will listen to your concerns and hopefully resolve these. If you feel that you need to take more formal action, there are several ways you can raise the issue.
Full details on how to make a complaint are available on the South Ayrshire Council's website here: www.south-ayrshire.gov.uk/complaints
Should you not wish to submit a complaint online you can complain:
- in person at any council office
- by calling: 0300 123 0900
- in writing to: Customer Services, South Ayrshire Council, Freepost NAT 7733, Ayr, KA7 1DR
- by emailing: [email protected]
Any concerns you have about the service we provide is important to us, as this can provide valuable information to us to consider what improvements may be needed.
