Review Child Protection Planning Meeting

This meeting will be a review of the case since the last Child Protection Planning Meeting and will follow the same format and agenda as the initial Child Protection Planning Meeting.  A report will be complied for the meeting by the social worker and this will be shared 7 days prior to the meeting.

• The Child Protection Planning Meeting review should be held within 6 months.
• The Child Protection Core Group may request a review takes place earlier than 6 months.
• The Review Child Protection Planning Meeting for an unborn child should be held within 3 months of the Initial Child Protection Planning Meeting .

The Chairperson should be from Social Work Services (unless other members from core agencies take on the role for an agreed reason).
