Professional Curiosity
Course Description
To strengthen safeguarding practice across Adult and Children services, this workshop will focus on key themes in professional curiosity. This will be delivered through a variety of formats to suit different learning styles and operational needs.
- Develop our understanding of what being professionally curious means
- Develop our understanding of what supports and hinders professional curiosity
- Increased confidence in demonstrating professional curiosity in practice
- Understand key approaches to "difficult conversations"
- Understand the local context of professional curiosity
