Adult Community Mental Health Strategy for 2017-22

South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership has finalised a new Strategy and Implementation Plan to support adults in South Ayrshire with Mental Health issues. The Strategy has been developed with support and assistance from Health Improvement Scotland and covers the period 2017-22. The content of the document has been informed following earlier engagement with service users, families and carers and with professionals, managers and staff from organisations from across the sectors currently engaged in supporting adults with mental health issues.

The Health and Social Care Partnership has agreed local outcomes in keeping with the national policy context and, also, an Implementation Plan to deliver against these outcomes.

The Partnership has prepared a draft of the full Strategy document. A summary version is also available:
