The service works with young people aged between 15 - 21 years who have experience of being looked after or accommodated by the local authority and young homeless people requiring assistance.
Method of referral: Social Worker, Whole Systems Approach Forum.

Mediation between young people, parents, carers and extended family where homelessness is an issue.

Young People's Support & Transitions - Youth Justice Diversion from Prosecution Scheme

Provides appropriate help at an early stage to enable young people involved in offending behaviour to move on to a more positive and responsible way of life and prevent recurrence of offending.
Method of referral: Procurator Fiscal.
