South Ayrshire Carers Centre

Provides specialist information, support, advocacy and advice to unpaid carers and family carers. They also provide opportunities for carers aged 8 onwards, to meet each other through carer support groups or social activities and outings.

South Ayrshire Life

A website packed with up-to-date information on what's happening in communities throughout the South Ayrshire. There is information on groups and activities including carers' groups, walking football, knit and natter, sport, money advice and community transport.

Care Information Scotland (CIS) is a phone, webchat and website service providing information about care services for people living in Scotland.

Carers Scotland

Help and advice for carers including information on financial support, practical support, support and resources.

Carers Trust Scotland

Carers Trust works to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addition problems.

Carers UK On-line Peer Support

The Carers UK forum is an online community where you can talk to other carers.
