Description
This course aims to support Qualified Social Workers and Social Work Managers.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop their assessment and decision-making skills around permanent destinations for children
- Understand policy, process and legal frameworks around permanent routes for children
- Recognise their role and responsibilities across permanence so they can progress decisions in a way that is timeous and reduces harm to children that is caused by delay and uncertainty
Who should attend?
Social Workers involved in assessment and decision making around permanence. Please note this is a 4 day training course.
