    All public handrail installation will comply with Building Regulations.
    
    Following installation, the home-owner has the responsibility to maintain and repair any rails. SAHSCP will not pay for removal of rails
    
    Checklist before starting this form:
    
    You may be asked to upload supporting documentation whilst completing the form if your home is privately rented, jointly owned or if the stairs or steps are shared. Please have these ready before starting.
    
    You may be asked to upload photos of the stairs in question. Please have a photo ready before starting.
