Course Detail:

Supervising a team may from time to time require conflict managing skills. This course will help you to identify the causes of conflict in the workplace, and the signs of conflict in team, and provide you with practical advice and guidance enabling you to manage conflict effectively.

This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant to your service area.
