Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations
About the Course
As a Supervisor you may, from time to time, be required to manage conflict and have difficult conversations with your team. This course will help you to identify the causes of conflict in the workplace, the signs of conflict in a team, and provide you with practical advice and guidance for managing these situations more effectively.
This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant content for the session.
