Course Detail:

Coaching plays a key role in supporting and developing the skills in your team. This course will build on the key qualities and skills required of an effective coach and provide you with practice guidance on managing the coaching process and structuring coaching conversations.

This session is scenario-based and facilitators will work with line managers and/or attendees to develop relevant to your service area.
