This course will provide an overview of the COAST e-learning admin system and functionality, which is used to track and record the learning and development of your employees. The session will cover a range of areas including:

  • Using a managers scorecard
  • Understanding employee learning plans
  • Accessing e-learning modules
  • COAST - Course Booking System
  • Recording Personal Development Reviews (PDR)
  • Updating Training records

This course will provide a live demo of the COAST system and there will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions specific to your own COAST experience during and after the session.

Course Duration: 1-1.5 Hours
