This course will provide an overview of the COAST e-learning admin system and functionality, which is used to track and record the learning and development of your employees. The session will cover a range of areas including:
Using the Manager's ScoreCard
Understanding employee learning plans
Accessing e-learning modules
COAST - Course Booking System
Recording Personal Development Reviews (PDR)
Updating training records

This course will provide a live demo of the COAST system and there will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions specific to your own COAST experience during and after the session.
