Systems Leadership Programme

For: NHS Staff

Course Detail: The programme offers a blend of leadership development, guest presenters, facilitated group work, and the creation of experiments to test in day-to-day roles. The programme design is underpinned by current leadership theory and principles.

The following aspects of systems thinking and leadership practice have been built into the programme and explored as both theoretical concept and practical tools for change:

• Systems theory and practice
• Personal authority
• Political intelligence
• Peer consulting methods
• Conflict styles
• The emotional dynamics of change
• Appreciative inquiry methods
• Practical tools to support system analysis
• 1:1 development coaching
• Reframing approaches
