Programme Details, Aims and Objectives: This programme builds on the principles of the "power 3", delivered by 3 health boards working collaboratively to provide a rigorous development experience including tutorials, action learning, coaching and applying these skills within a local service improvement project.

Aimed at: Current leaders in the Health & Social Care setting or established practitioner who has both aspiration and potential to become a future leader in Health & Social Care setting.

Outcome: Reflect on your thinking, behaviors, personal style and the impact you have on your relationship and leadership outcomes, improve your personal effectiveness and confidence.
