Course Detail:

The Managing People Workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Recruitment - key elements of right to work legislation and responsibilities that lie with hiring managers.
  • Managing Absence - key elements of the maximising attendance framework, explain the role of Occupational Health and Fusion, and using examples from relevant case law.
  • Managing Grievances - key elements of the Grievance Policy and Handbook and using examples from relevant case law
  • Managing Performance - key elements of the Capability Policy and Handbook and using example from relevant case law

Course Duration: 60-90 minutes per topic

Delivery Method: Microsoft Teams or in person
