Provides confidential space and support to explore and challenge strategies and actions. This is a database of coaches who can be assessed for executives who require coaching. The database consists of both external paid and internal coaches who work in collaboration.

Aimed at: Senior leaders and executives who have an identified coaching requirement. New to post, major change challenge, leadership style development or career development.

Outcome: Leaders feel supported and developed in their thinking and strategies to create innovative and appropriate implementation plans and strategies.
