The Consultation Workshop will help you to:

• Understand the work that has already taken place to improve consultation within the organisation.
• Understand the Community Engagement Strategy.
• Engage with the Training Programme covering legalities, how to consult effectively and any potential challenges.
• Understand your duties to consult and engage.
• Understand how to engage with the public.
• Understand consultation on council decisions and the expectations for cabinet reports
• Work on next steps for moving forward with Consultations within your service

Course Duration: 60-90 minutes
