Welcome to our resource page for the South Ayrshire Parenting Promise. We hope that you can use the resources on this page for yourself and with your teams to help you understand the Promise and how it relates to the work of each and every one of us working with communities across South Ayrshire.
In 2020 Scotland made the Promise that care experienced children and young people will grow up loved, safe and respected. By 2030, that promise must be kept.
We are leading, collaborating, and driving change through South Ayrshire's 10 Improvement areas right now. You will find South Ayrshire's 10 improvement areas within our Promise outline.
The presentations and films on this page have been designed to be used within teams. Any service who would like to hear directly from our team of workers with lived experience of care please contact South Ayrshire Champions Board by emailing dawn.parker@south-ayrshire.gov.uk we are more than happy to provide a bespoke promise session for you.
