Troon and Villages LPP

A Locality Planning Partnership (LPP) is a group of local people along with Partnership Officers from the NHS & Health & Social Care working together to identify and tackle local issues. Community representatives will bring their local knowledge and experience to the Partnership. They will link in with the wider community on local issues.

Troon and Villages Locality Planning Partnership have identified the following priority areas:

Supporting people living with long term health conditions
Tackling Social Isolation & Loneliness
Promoting Good Mental Health and Wellbeing
