Description
This course will support practitioners in their understanding of Child Sexual Exploitation in the context of contextual safeguarding.
Learning Outcomes
Practitioners will explore key themes of:
- vulnerability factors
- risk indicators
- perpetrator tactics
- the impact of technology
This course will examine key legislative developments and the impact on practice, and support practitioners to safeguard children and young people who may be at risk sexual exploitation
Who Should attend
This course should be undertaken by staff working with children, young people and families and/or where awareness of C.S.E is needed for roles.
Course Length
This is a full day face to face session.
