Description
The training will consider the range of skills needed when working with challenging users.
Learning Outcomes
This course will cover a range of skills needed when working with challenging users in a variety of situations where users can be seen as threatening. Through a range of 'active learning' exercises the group will consider what we define as difficult, challenging or evasive how we assess this and how we can form collaborations with users.
Who Should Attend
All staff engaged in working vulnerable groups and individuals of all ages.

This is a full day face to face session.
