Commissioning and Procurement
This online session will cover some basic but essential information for people who may have direct or indirect contact with external service providers, or be authorised to make purchases on behalf of the HSCP fr goods or services.
It will enhance your knowledge on your role when managing contracts, or suppliers, supporting complaint or concern management and develop an understanding of the process of procurement. It will set out the legal context of Standing Orders, Delegated Authority and other factors an employee must consider.
Who should attend?
This is aimed at Team Leaders, Managers or staff who are required to procure/purchase service or goods (for example; Health and Care Support; Care Homes; community support; training programmes; consultancy projects).
This course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams.
