- Provide reviewers with knowledge and understanding to conduct quality review discussions
- Improve effectiveness at work leading to better service delivery
- What is iMatter?
- Explain various iMatter stages, what you need to do and when
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand structure of review meeting; preparation, during and after review
- Understand value and importance of embedding a quality PDR process
- Understand benefits of PDR to individuals and link to service delivery
- Promote annual review discussions are scheduled during review period in a timely manner to prevent bottlenecking during busy periods
- Improve staff engagement/experience
- Link improvement with service deliver
- Share good practice
