Level 2 - Operational for Leaders and Managers

These programmes are for the first line or middle leaders/managers with several years of experience to enhance and refresh skills and knowledge, and could be in preparation for career development. 

Individuals may, or may not, manage a team of people but will manage projects or change programmes. 

There is no need to for these programmes to be followed in a linear fashion as they are available on a 'pick 'n mix' basis, dependant on personal development requirements.
